Annual Pricing Reviews
At TDNY, we are committed to providing exceptional value for our members. Membership fees are subject to annual reviews to ensure that we continue offering the best services, tools, and resources. Any changes in membership pricing will be communicated well in advance, and existing members will have the option to renew at the current rates before new pricing takes effect.
Terms and Conditions
* Membership Duration: All memberships are valid for 12 months from the date of sign-up.
* Cancellations: Memberships can be cancelled at any time. Refunds will not be issued for partial memberships.
* All prices are exclusive of VAT at 20%.
* Insurance support for Empower members: As a valued member, you'll gain access to Gazelle Risk for a complimentary, no-obligation quote and expert guidance tailored to your insurance needs. Please note that all insurance arrangements are handled on a case-by-case basis and are independent of Azesta Ltd. Gazelle Risk is an independent insurance broker regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Terms and conditions apply.
* Tool Hire: Free tool hire (Empower members) is limited to one item per quarter. Additional hires are subject to regular charges.
* Events and Workshops: Availability for events and workshops may be limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
* Pricing: Monthly payments incur a 2% fee, and prices are subject to annual review.
* Renewals: Members will be notified 30 days before their membership expires. Renewals are automatic unless otherwise cancelled.
