Research has shown that simply interviewing people is never the best way to get a real insight into the talents and personality of a potential employee.

Far better to give them a chance to show their true colours through a selection of different challenges. That’s where an assessment centre comes in.

We start with a really detailed list of qualities and competencies ideal for the role.

Then we put people through their paces with a variety of tasks. These could include verbal reasoning, role play, presentations and engaging team activities. Throughout we assess against the person specification and look for initiative, a talent for leadership, infectious enthusiasm and great inter-personal skills. We assess everyone ‘in the round’ and ensure you get the person best suited to the role. We are experienced in co-ordinating both our own assessors and your in-house HR or training staff. Even those that are unsuccessful have a great development experience and come away really grateful for the opportunity!
