It’s all very well to have great people delivering your training, but it also helps to have brilliant folk back at base! 

We may not be the largest team in the world, but we don’t let that stop us from helping clients get exactly what they want with the minimum amount of fuss.

Keeping small has another advantage. We can’t promise you’ll speak to the same person each time you call, but we can guarantee that whoever answers will be friendly, professional and know everything about your programme!

Rachel Fort

Rachel is our Operations Director and has been with the company for 7 years, a spectacularly driven, kind and detailed person. Our go-to for everything finance & apprenticeships. Since 2017 our apprenticeship programmes have been a major part of day-to-day work at Azesta, therefore needing full attention. Rachel has brought an incredible contribution to Azesta and is a truly valued team member. After creating all our process maps, policies and procedures documents, and managing most of the apprenticeship needs she has well and truly proved that she is the perfect person to be in control of this area of the organisation!

Rachel Duck

Rachel works part-time as Programme Co-ordinator. She joined the team as part of a career change after working within the NHS for over 25 years and we are pleased she decided that this was the place for her. Her eye for detail and love of language ensures the high quality of our materials is maintained. She takes core responsibility for the booking of beautiful venues for our events, and is on hand to answer any calls or queries you may have.

Hayley Everingham

Hayley is the most recent new addition to join the Azesta family. She has joined us as Marketing Lead. With a solid background in Marketing and Growth strategy, Hayley brings a wealth of experience to the table. In her role, Hayley will spearhead our campaign activities, website management, external communications, and social media presence. Beyond her strategic responsibilities, she will also roll up her sleeves and collaborate closely with the team to ensure seamless planning and coordination of our training and apprenticeship courses. We are excited to enhance our marketing initiatives and deliver exceptional experiences to our valued clients and partners.

Vicki Gaunt

Vicki is an indispensable member of our team here at Azesta. With a background in Sport and Wellness, Vicki brings a unique perspective and a positive influence to our office environment.

As our dedicated Apprenticeship and Accounts Administrator, Vicki meticulously oversees apprentice onboarding, ensuring all necessary information is accurately collated and available. She is also our go-to person for handling important information-related inquiries.

Vicki's keen eye for detail, coupled with her invariably happy demeanour, makes her an asset to our team.

Chloe McArthur

Chloe joined the team at the start of the year as Programme Coordinator. Her infectious enthusiasm and can-do attitude quickly won over everyone on the team.

With a background in education, Chloe brings valuable experience from her role as a Teaching Assistant, specialising in supporting primary children with SEN needs. Her creative flair and exceptional attention to detail make her an outstanding addition to our team.

Chloe's curiosity about diverse learning styles and thriving environments brings valuable perspectives to our programmes. We're excited to have Chloe on board, contributing her passion and expertise to our initiatives.
