The office team

It’s all very well to have great people delivering your training, but it also helps to have brilliant folk back at base!

We may not be the largest team in the world, but we don’t let that stop us from helping clients get exactly what they want with the minimum amount of fuss.

Keeping small has another advantage. We can’t promise you’ll speak to the same person each time you call, but we can guarantee that whoever answers will be friendly, professional and know everything about your programme!

Rachel Fort

Rachel is our Operations Director and has been with the company for 9 years - a kind, driven and detailed person. She’s our go-to for everything! But especially finance and apprenticeships.

Since 2017 our apprenticeship programmes have been a major part of day-to-day work at Azesta, therefore needing full attention. Rachel has brought an incredible contribution to Azesta and is a truly valued team member. After creating all our process maps, policies and procedures documents, and managing most of the apprenticeship needs she has well and truly proved that she is the perfect person to be in control of this area of the organisation.

Rachel Duck

Rachel, our experienced Programme Coordinator of 7 years, brings a wealth of expertise to our team following a significant career change. After over 25 years in the NHS, working within Clinical Data and facilitating sessions on data quality and clinical systems, Rachel found her new home with us.

Her love for language is evident from her degree in History and English Language. Rachel's keen eye for detail, passion for knowledge, and dedication to the written word ensure the high quality of our materials. She thrives in her role, enjoying the variety it offers - from creating and proofreading beautiful documents to organising course logistics. Rachel takes core responsibility for preparing course resources, booking venues for events, and liaising with facilitators.

Hayley Everingham

Hayley looks after our Marketing & Comms. With a solid background in Business and Growth strategy, Hayley brings a wealth of experience to the table. In her role, Hayley will spearhead our campaign activities, website management, external communications, and social media presence.

Beyond her strategic responsibilities, she will also collaborate closely with the team to ensure the seamless planning and co-ordination of our training and apprenticeship courses. We are excited to enhance our marketing initiatives and deliver exceptional experiences to our valued clients and partners.

Chloe McArthur

Chloe joined the team as our Programme Co-ordinator. Her infectious enthusiasm and can-do attitude quickly won over everyone on the team.

With a background in education, Chloe brings valuable experience from her role as a Teaching Assistant, specialising in supporting primary children with SEN needs. Her creative flair and exceptional attention to detail make her an outstanding addition to our team. Chloe proactively takes the lead on all things design!

Chloe's curiosity about diverse learning styles and thriving environments brings valuable perspectives to our programmes. We're excited to have Chloe on board, contributing her passion and expertise to our initiatives.

Lauren Fort

Lauren joined the team as Apprenticeship Administrator. In this role, she works alongside Rachel Fort, helping with the behind-the-scenes work of our apprenticeship programme. Lauren’s responsibilities include helping learners settle in, guiding them through systems, and assisting with general office tasks.

Working part-time while studying criminology at Leeds Beckett University, Lauren brings a unique perspective to the team that perfectly complements the work we do at Azesta. We feel incredibly lucky to have her on board, as her passion for learning continuously benefits the team. There's always something new to learn at Azesta, and Lauren embraces every opportunity to grow and develop.

Harvey Robinson

Harvey joined the Azesta team part time while he studies Accounting and Finance at Leeds Beckett University. His degree provides him with up-to-date knowledge of Sage, which he applies in his role as Accounts Administrator and uses to assist his colleagues.

He works closely with Rachel Fort, managing the accounts and offering support wherever it’s needed across the team. Outside of work, Harvey enjoys playing rugby in his spare time. Although he’s still relatively new to Azesta, he’s excited about the future, having already gained a wealth of knowledge that he looks forward to building upon.
