National Fitness Day

National fitness day in the UK

There are two resources in life that we would argue are the most important:

You time on this planet…

Your health…

With the latter directly effecting the former.

Time can never be bought back, make sure that you have as much available as possible.

Statistically, if you never exercise or take steps to preserve/improve your health, you will not have as much time as someone who does.

So, if you would like to proactively get yourself some more time, the perfect excuse to do something about it would be today on ‘National Fitness Day’.

Getting fit can be tough, but it's worth it. All over the place you’ll see advertisements for weight loss, such as a gym memberships, weight loss medication, diet plans, and so much more…

We are not suggesting you need to look like 1990s Arnold to be ‘healthy’ and/or ‘happy’ we are simply encouraging people to make a small change to feel better in life and get yourself a little more time to enjoy yourself.

Fitness has been linked directly to so many things that help you to feel happy:

  • Sleep quality,

  • Dopamine regulation,

  • Circulatory relief

  • and so many more…

So why not take the opportunity to take a first step or another step in your journey and weave a little fitness into your day today.
