2024 End of Year Letter

As the year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank you for being part of Azesta’s journey in 2024.

This year has been a mix of milestones and progress. We celebrated 25 years in business, welcomed 4 new employees - Chloé McArthur, Hayley Everingham, Lauren Fort and Harvey Robinson to our growing team, and stayed true to our mission of helping people and businesses grow through experiential learning.

From our lovely base in Pateley Bridge, our dedicated office team has supported our facilitators and coaches in delivering workshops, apprenticeships and ILM qualifications to professionals and organisations across the UK. This year, we:

  • Supported 12 professionals in achieving Coaching, and Leadership and Management apprenticeships.

  • Helped 11 people earn their ILM qualifications.

  • Trained and guided 32 facilitators, giving them tools to inspire others.

  • Delivered bespoke workshops for 22 businesses, tailored to their specific needs.

  • We have delivered 108 workshops and helped 1081 learners in the last 12 months.

In October, we also had a soft launch of our TDNY membership offering, which is designed to connect and support trainers, facilitators, and coaches. We’re excited to fully roll this out in January 2025 at our next TDNY event in Leeds. To book your spot on the 'Leading Beyond Sustainability' workshop click here.

Looking ahead, January 2025 brings a new Manchester cohort of our Level 5 Coaching Professional Apprenticeship, plus open cohorts of the Level 5 Operations Manager and a Level 4 Learning and Skills Mentor in London. These programmes are fully levy-funded, offering a fantastic opportunity for professionals to elevate their coaching/mentoring and managing practice. If you're considering this for yourself or your team, don’t hesitate to reach out for more details. Click here to get in touch.

On behalf of all of us - Shirley Gaston, Rachel Fort, Rachel Duck, Chloe, Hayley, Lauren, Harvey, Judith Evans, Carl Rayner and all our wonderful associates - we wish you a joyful and restful festive season.

Thank you for being part of our year. We can’t wait to see what 2025 brings and look forward to continuing our work together.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
