The Insights Discovery tool is designed to help people understand themselves and others, and to make the most of their relationships within the workplace. The methodology uses a simple four-colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team.

Our package provides you with an Insights Discovery Profile, an e-learning module and a 60-minute debrief session with Suzanne Shaw, a qualified Insights Practitioner. This will help you fully understand your profile and how you can use it in increasing your self-awareness and helping you to really understand others. You’ll be provided with materials after the debrief which will help you get the most out of your experience.
