experiential virtual learning

experience holistic, engaging learning online

We go way beyond Webinars!

Here at azesta, we think it essential that learning is as experiential and as engaging as it can possibly be.

Learners need to be active and involved all the time, not sitting and listening while they stare at slides.

For this reason we have become experts in the full functionality of Zoom and Microsoft Teams so that we can provide virtual learning that makes full use of all the possible features of annotation, break-out rooms, polls and quizzes to make it as engaging as possible.

Whether it’s with 1 person or 100, our virtual training programmes are highly interactive and engaging - they’re as near to the live face-to-face events where everyone is in the same room as we can make it.

We provide virtual facilitation for teams and leaders, management and leadership virtual learning programmes in all key subject areas and the facilitation of action learning sets.

We are also using Zoom to coach and support leaders and managers on a
one-to-one basis.

What people are saying…

Lauren Robinson - Human Resources, Ongo

“Brilliant course overall - enjoyable, engaging, informative. The list could go on but the whole course was enjoyed and although it was a virtual session the time just flew and the trainer was brilliant and the session was so well put together. Very engaging and interactive.”

Mark Perrin - Head of Finance, Ongo

“I know some colleagues prefer to do the course face-to-face, but I thought Teams worked really well. For coaching, you do miss some of the benefits of face-to-face interaction, but you also gain in efficiency (eg breakout sessions are really easy) and in that it's very easy to concentrate on the person you are talking too (which may be more difficult in a busy room).”

Erica Sanderson - Strategy & Policy Manager, Ongo

“Really high energy even on Zoom!
Good balance of theory and activity, which I liked.
Really enjoyed the role play and discussions in pairs / groups.
Shirley! She's just wonderful!”
