Our coaches are all professionally

We begin with a three-way contracting conversation with the person to be coached and their manager before working deeply in confidential sessions to help leaders navigate their way effectively through challenges helping them to become more self-aware and more effective. 

We have some amazing executive coaches who work face-to-face and by Zoom.

Executive Coach - Jo Williams

Jo has over 20 years’ experience working in HR and Talent across a mix of different size businesses and industries including Media, Tech, Publishing and Management Consultancy. Over that time, she has built up extensive HR knowledge and expertise, excellent people skills and good commercial understanding. She has significant experience working with senior executive teams and heading up HR functions. Jo has worked across all areas in HR but particularly enjoyed working on Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Talent Management and Learning and Development.
Jo has always felt strongly about supporting people to personally grow and develop, understanding the positive returns this brings for both the employee and for the productivity of the business. Honing-in on this interest , she trained to become a coach in 2018 and now works full-time in this role. She is particularly passionate about supporting women in business and she specialises in maternity coaching which also extends to fathers who may be taking additional parental leave.

Introducing our new Executive Coach - Fiona Waldron

Since qualifying as an executive coach in 2003, Fiona has coached a variety of senior and executive level clients within the private and public sectors. She has nearly 20 years of coaching experience, working for clients such as Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust, York City Council, Together Housing, Blackburn College, CPP, Damart, Kerry Foods, BAE Systems, Hanover Housing, Carillion, AOL.

Prior to coaching, Fiona worked as a strategic and change management consultant for PwC and worked in a variety of Financial Services and Public Sector organisations. She specialised in the management of HR, people and organisational aspects of large organisation-wide changes, and understands the challenges that organisations, teams and individuals face in managing and making change stick.

She has designed, delivered and evaluated a number of coaching programmes and has a strong record of helping clients develop, learn, change and implement their objectives in safe, challenging, productive and fun working relationships.
