Shirley is running our firms management development training. She along with Larry one of her very knowledgeable training consultants have run group training sessions at our offices with our senior team. The aim of the sessions has been to improve our already good staff engagement scores. The sessions have been focused and beneficial.they have produced great results and equipped our senior team with new skills to manage the people better. I expect that when we run our staff survey again next month that we will have seen a real improvement.
