Karen has worked in training for over twenty years, developing teams and leaders in both the private and public sector. She has experience in delivering a variety of Management Development training for all levels of employees. She is an experienced coach, supporting Senior Leaders in their management roles and also as a Career Coach helping individuals with their career development and personal aspirations.
Above all, she is a supportive, enthusiastic character who has a real passion for learning and development and a desire to make a difference to individuals.
Adrian Powell is an experienced learning professional with considerable breadth of experience in leadingorganisational change. His key focus areas are leadership development, talent identification and growth, graduate development, board level facilitation, developing high performing teams, individual effectiveness and behavioural change.
Adrian is an established coach who has supported both individuals and teams to achieve their personal goals, with particular experience working with senior leaders and executive teams. He has a pragmatic and positive approach and is said to be “inspirational” and “life changing” by his clients.
He holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development and is a practitioner of a variety of psychometric tools that he uses to support the needs of his clients.
Lois is a leadership development consultant with expertise in facilitation and coaching. She has designed and delivered leadership development programmes and behavioural change workshops, as well as created bespoke team development sessions and supported the people element of change programmes. Her focus is on enabling individuals, teams and organisations to maximise their potential. She has experience of working in the private sector and supporting a Masters in Healthcare Leadership for NHS leaders.
Lois enjoys supporting and challenging others to enable them to become impactful and capable leaders. Experienced in using action learning sets, 360 feedback and a selection of psychometric tools.
