Team development

Our individually designed programmes make a real difference to a team whether it’s getting a new one off to a purposeful, cohesive start or helping an existing one refocus. Participants new to a team often comment that it would have taken them months in the normal working environment to get to the point they can get to within a day or two!

Before we even begin, we’ll really get under the skin of the team so we can work out exactly what they need. We might decide to carry out a team diagnostic or profiling to find out more about the current situation or individuals involved – and we’ll certainly get them to experience working effectively together towards clear objectives using compelling problem-solving tasks and perhaps by getting them to scale the heights together on our ropes course! We often also work together to clarify team vision, purpose and specific objectives. Whatever we include, we guarantee that people will leave with a greater appreciation of their colleagues’ strengths and a much better sense of team.
