We have worked with many different companies to develop modular management development programmes incorporating a whole range of topics. Whether a new strategy is being introduced, a period of major change is being negotiated or managers simply need to do the basics of setting objectives, giving feedback and taking action on poor performance better, we will design a programme – with a twist – to suit. Modules have previously looked at leadership, coaching, customer service, delegation, performance reviews for a whole range of clients including NG Bailey, BAS and EAL.
We use a variety of learning techniques woven together in truly creative ways but always with an emphasis on ‘doing’. After all, this has been shown to be far and away the most effective way of anchoring learning and effecting lasting change.
